Based on the beloved 1989 animated film and Hans Christian Andersen’s classic tale, The Little Mermaid follows Ariel, a mermaid who dreams of life on land. When she falls for the human Prince Eric, Ariel strikes a bargain with the sea witch Ursula, trading her voice for a chance to walk among humans. With help from her loyal friends Flounder, Sebastian, and Scuttle, Ariel must win Eric’s heart before time runs out.
Featuring music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, and a book by Doug Wright, the show brings the underwater world to life with dazzling costumes and unforgettable songs like “Part of Your World,” “Under the Sea,” and “Poor Unfortunate Souls.” This production is perfect for audiences of all ages.
