SMILE (SMYT) is a NEW musical youth theatre company based in Sandwell, West Midlands. Brought to you by an experienced and successful artistic team with a track record of creating the very best in youth theatre productions. SMYT aims to bring together, encourage and develop the most talented 11-19 year old performers throughout the Sandwell area. Members can expect to experience the highest, most professional standard of musical theatre outside the West End. Encouraging great talent in local young people, we are offering tuition in acting, singing, dancing, and stage craft, as well as the opportunity to learn about lighting, sound and stage management. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our productions and believe that age is no barrier to quality.
