Second Act Society is a welcoming adult amateur musical theatre and performance arts group for anyone who loves performing — whether you’re a seasoned stage regular or returning to theatre for the first time

Who We Are

• An adult (18+) amateur musical theatre group

• Focused on musical theatre, plays, concerts, revues and cabaret-style performances

• Friendly, inclusive, and community-focused

• All abilities welcome — no prior experience required

We believe musical theatre should be accessible, supportive, and fun.

What We Do

• Rehearse and perform

• Explore songs from stage and screen

• Build confidence, performance skills, and community

• Create relaxed but well-produced performances

Our first projects will be revue-style productions, and a play, allowing flexible participation and a supportive environment.

Who Can Join?

• Adults aged 18 and over

• Anyone with an interest in singing, performing, or being part of a theatre group

• You do not need to read music or have stage experience

• Members are expected to be respectful, supportive, and reliable
