Seaton Starlights

The Seaton Starlights began in 2012,  performing 'The Magic of the Musicals' at Seaton Village Hall to raise funds to refurbish the local village hall. We continued raising funds for our local village hall for the following 3 years, providing  local entertainment whilst raising much needed funds towards village hall projects through concerts such as 'The Wonderful West End' in 2013, 'Step into Christmas' 2013 and 'A Musical Winter Wonderland'i n 2014. We were then approached to raise funds for our local village church 'All Hallows' in Seaton, which we did gladly, performing 'A Christmas Carol' in 2015 &  'Secret Santa' in 2016.

By 2017 we had grown to a large cast who were all eager to perform a musical on the big stage! We performed our first big show at Uppingham Theatre in 2017 -  'Rock of Ages'. It was an incredible debut production at the theatre which saw  standing ovations at the end of every performance and sell out performances.

We continue to raise funds and provide local entertainment at the village hall as fundraisers but also enjoy performing a musical annually at Uppingham Theatre. In 2018 we performed 'Spamalot' and in 2019 we performed 'Scrooge' by Leslie Bricusse. In 2022, we performed  'The Producers'.
