LOS Musical Theatre

We have been bringing high quality musical theatre to Lewes since 1911. Staging our productions involves a lot of hard work for a cast and crew of about 80. In fact, LOS is made up of about 150 members of all ages and from all walks of life. We stage two productions each year, usually at Lewes Town Hall. In the past we have also toured local villages and we even take shows to our twin towns of Blois in France and Waldshut in Germany. The society often puts on concerts and performs at functions too.

Recent shows have included Hot Mikado, Comany, Matilda Jr, Little Shop of Horrors, Betty Blue Eyes, Hello Dolly!, Sweet Charity, Grease, My Fair Lady, Gypsy, Made In Dagenham the Musical, Oliver!, The Producers, Anything Goes, Oh What A Lovely War, Les Misérables School Edition, The Music Man, The Sound of Music and Bugsy Malone.
