Lindrick Players

Lindrick Players is a friendly and inclusive amateur dramatics society based in Carlton-in-Lindrick, Nottinghamshire. Entertaining local audiences since 1970, we are committed to bringing high-quality, accessible theatre to our community. We strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy the performing arts through affordable ticket prices, low membership fees, and a welcoming atmosphere for all. 

We produce three major productions each year: two plays, staged in May and September, and our much-loved family pantomime every January. From comedy and drama to traditional panto fun, our productions aim to entertain audiences of all ages while showcasing the talents of local performers and volunteers.

As a volunteer-run society, we rely on the dedication and enthusiasm of our members both on and off the stage. At every performance, we hold raffle draws with a range of fantastic prizes, helping us raise funds for costumes, props, set construction, and technical equipment that help us deliver the best possible theatre experience.

We have members who have been involved in our society for over 40 years alongside those who have joined more recently, creating a supportive and vibrant theatre family. We are always delighted to welcome new members, whether their interests lie in acting, directing, backstage work, lighting, sound, front-of-house duties, or simply becoming part of a thriving local theatre community.
