Ilkley Musical Theatre Society

Ilkley Amateur Operatic Society have been in Ilkley for since 1923, and have built up a reputation for bringing the best of musical theatre to our town - although cast and audience come from much further afield! Generally we produce two shows a year: the main show in March and a ‘youth’ production in November.  These take place on the amazing stage of Ilkley’s Kings Hall - a venue which seats 500 and is used by mainstream performers on the touring circuit. We are also lucky enough to own our own building, Operatic House, a multipurpose rehearsal, meeting and party venue.
