ESPA

East Surrey Performing Arts (ESPA) is a charity (No. 1122724) aiming to promote the arts across our community.  The society has existed in various guises since 1907 and in March 2019 we changed our name from ESOSOC to ESPA.  The youth section is called YESPA.

ESPA performs 3 or 4 productions a year, at least one musical, sometimes two, and plays, concerts and reviews.  The youth section run workshops and (an auditioned) summer musical for 8 - 21 year olds.  YESPA children can perform alongside the adults in shows where children are needed in the cast, but in general ESPA members are aged 16 and over.

ESPA rehearses on Monday and Thursday evenings and YESPA rehearses and performs in the first two weeks of the school summer holidays.
