Encore Performing Arts

Encore! Performing Arts is a Midlands-based amateur performing arts company. We strive to offer high quality opportunities within the performing arts for amateur performers.

Initially set up in 2015, we aim to put on some of the highest quality amateur productions within Nottingham and Derby. The company has built a wealth of experience and reputation within the local theatre scene, and established many different connections and relationships with groups and organisations in the region.

We aim to not only be a leading company in this field, but we also aim to be a collaborative company, encouraging other companies to support their community and members

DEVELOPMENT


Encore Performing Arts strive to encourage development. We intend to encourage the development of local talent and material in the community in whatever field is appropriate.

When planning our shows, we like to bring fresh and innovative productions to Nottingham audiences. As a company, we don’t have membership. We like to have new people in every show, constantly recruiting and auditioning for new dramatic talent - a daunting task for every show, but we love a challenge! We’re always welcoming cast members, new and old.

We’re extremely fortunate to be celebrating our 10th anniversary in 2025, and we intend to be around for a long time to come.
