This original production was written by two members, David Hill and Barry Small and was premiered 14 years ago. This fast moving production is set in ‘Deerlins’ holiday camp in 1960’s and tells the tale of two families who are having a really happy holiday until they are interrupted by the arrival of the Bradshaw’s, who cause problems everywhere they go. The music all came from the early sixties and had the audience singing along. The lighting plot was out of this world and lit up the Town hall stage. I loved Doris the cleaner (Terri Bardell) who was set up on a blind date with the Manager of the camp (Paul Wescott). We were informed that Mr. Deerlin would be making an appreance sometime during the week and this kept all the Green Coats on their toes. I cannot single out anyone person in this production, as they were all outstanding. The Choreography was outstanding. Every time I see this company they get better and better. Many congrats to you all.
