This Is Our Moment

This certainly was their moment.  A very good evening of entertainment that ranged the musical compass, from Wicked, Billy Elliot, Grease  and  Annie, to The Lion King and many more.  The youngsters gave an enthusiastic, well-rehearsed, and disciplined performance that brought  wholehearted applause from a most appreciative audience.  Interspersed with sketches and clever link ups, the whole company deserve great credit for maintaining a good tempo throughout, with slick scene changes that kept the pace of the concert moving.  It was good to see so many solos and duets performed with confidence  by  the cast,  which indicates that the future looks bright for the Youth Group.   Complementing the show were bright costumes, a simple set and good musical accompaniment.  Congratulations to the whole company.
