It was really good to see a show written by one of the members of this Society which included all age groups.  Judith Foot really conveyed the modern fascination for talent shows in a village setting which was absolutely ideal.  There was a lot of talent on stage, from those in charge of the Talent Show to those appearing and wanting desperately to win and of course not forgetting the extremely talented young ladies from Harlequin Studios as The Harlequin Dancers who were portraying the Lesser Mouldering School of Performing Arts.  They really were a delight to watch.  We met lots of characters during the journey to The Wow Factor actually taking place - good performances from all.  Just occasionally the delivery of the dialogue was a little slow but this did not take any of the enjoyment out of what was going on.  Everyone looked absolutely right so well done to Wardrobe and to all those working backstage in whatever capacity. We all know that a show could not happen without all the hard work that goes on there.  The set worked very well and all the scene changes were made effortlessly. The band made an excellent sound and the programme was well laid out and interesting to read.  Well done to all concerned and Judith must be very happy with the outcome of her work in writing, directing and appearing in the Wow Factor.
