Yet again this company never ceases to fail to bring it on and deliver an outstanding show. It’s hardly surprising there’s a waiting list to join. The music under the direction of Matt Pallant was excellent with an amazing orchestra, the staging and lighting set the scene for what turned out to be a wonderful show.  That said there were an abundance of outstanding performances, The Phantom (Nick Gartland) another very strong role, and because of your incredible ability and stage presence I did feel this wasn’t your strongest role to date, I’m being very critical of you young man because of your tremendous talent, well done. Christine Daae (Phoebe Williams) striking performance beautiful stage presence and a wonderful voice maturing with every role superb performance. Raoul (Garion Frith) a wonderful last performance for you as you venture to pastures new in pursuit of an acting career best wishes and good luck, well done. Carlotta Giudicelli (Holly Gabathuler) Words failed me with your absolutely stunning voice blew me away, what maturity in depth both in your acting, singing and stage presence, outstanding performance well done. Ubaldo Piangi (Joe Campbell) spotted you last year and wasn’t surprised to see you land your first major role in this production. Constructive criticism, whilst your performance was very good a little more stage presence and improvement with movement within your scenes will enable you to grow in strength, but an extremely funny first role with a beautiful tenor voice well done. Madamme Giry (Eleanor Glynn) How to make an impact within a show without speaking a word positively stunning, cameo roles come and go but you made this your own never once dropping out of character stunning performance. Meg Giry (Ellie Norton) small in stature large in performance and a beautiful dancer good characterisation fitting in well with the older cast. Monsieur Andre, Monsieur Firm (Hayden Cawley. Greg Fryer) respectively. Well cast duo bouncing off each other with excellent timing and comedy well done. With such a large cast on stage I wasn’t quite sure how the masquerade number would work out, but it did with aplomb incorporating movement dancing singing and sheer fulfilment of a wonderful number all credit to the choreographer and director for this number alone, It’s very sad when the only fault I found was a ballet shoe not tied properly ha ha, noticing this is because of my own dance training. Overall an extremely well-Directed and Choreographed show an exceptional evening’s entertainment.

Many thanks for hospitality shown to me during my visit.
