The Hotel Room

Edenbridge scored again with their set. A one set play and what a set. Set designer Andrew Dore certainly had obviously delved into what he wanted. He certainly got it. lots of lovely props too. 

The cast of ten all appearing in twos as couples with different reasons to be at the Hotel memories of their past visits. All the pairs of actors gave us splendid performances. These being Julia Bennett as Susan, David Roberts as Andrew, Alison Wood as Caroline, Andrew Robinson as George, Dora Clouttick as Olivia, Charlie Edelsten as Dallas, Karen Lynch as Claire and Leslie Hawkins as Peter. Must not forget the two maids Emily Parr as Megan and Wendy Wilson as Trish, how they managed to change beds so quickly. They can come and change my Duvets any day. Well done ladies..

Caroline Newman you chose your cast wisely and they certainly did you proud. A nicely directed play.
