A musical Compilation written by one of Great Barr's many talented members, I really hope he writes more. This was a very funny production using lots of numbers that all the audience knew. The songs really fitted in so well with the dialogue.
Olly Clark led the company well as the Easter Bunny who travelled through the four seasons to find new flavours for his chocolate. But at every stage along the way his evil brother The Grim Snicker (James Nuttall) tried to stop him. I would like to know where Olly got his voice from, he is usually in the orchestra. He excelled in this role.
The Bunny visited the Summer Surfers (Emily Paine & Lara Coffin), The Autumn Witch (Jo Coffin), the Winter Fairy (Hannah Dugmore) & The Honey Bees (Emily Stephens and Craig Smith). Loved Honey B (Apex Bates).
Directors Emily Stephens and Craig Smith did a fantastic job with Craig s script. Cherographey was really good on such a small stage and it was also good to see musical director get out from the orchestra and sing on stage. Sandra Bisseker's costumes really stood out.
At the end of the production the audience were given the chance of voting for their favourite flavour
