Shelly and Paul (Rob Hyland and Carol Grice) are a happily married couple who find themselves suddenly dead with no idea how it happened. Were they murdered, if so one of their closest friends must have done the deed. They hear voices who give them permission to go back and relive the last 30 minutes of there lives but they can change nothing. Everything has to stay the same.

So Paul and Shelly return and with the combination of real time and stop action they hunt for answers at their recently renovated country Inn. And that's were it starts to unravel. Shelly's best friend Meg (Jenny Culligan) lets her real feelings show, while Paul's best friend Gordie ( Matt Round) and Inn Chef, has a secret and arrives with his new girlfriend Joanne (Clair Tregellis) who has a passion for the occult and wants Gordie to become the owner of the Inn. And what's the secret of the Puffer fish meal he has prepared. So now it's time for Shelly to die, or does she. And what part has Paul played in her death. All is revealed in this Agatha Christie type murder mystery.

John Richardson directed his talented cast well, they really worked well together on the realistic set. The production included two new members to Circle Players who fitted in so well you would have thought they had been there for years.
