You know when you come to see Trinity Players you are guaranteed a good nights entertainment, and this production was no exception.
From start to finish the company showed the audience what talent it had. The production opened with a James Bond Medley and along the way we had a wonderful rendition of 'My Heart Will Go On' sung by Jessamy Ashton and a very funny interlude when all of the men, in green tights, sang 'Men in Tights'. The chorus gave us a good rendition of 'One'. The first act finished with a medley from 'Mama Mia'.
The second act opened with songs from La La Land and again the second act was filled with quality entertainment. I really enjoyed Leigh Ann James's performance of 'I Got Rhythm' showing off her dancing talents as well. Jon Hall gave an outstanding performance of 'Stars' from Les Miserables and the evening finished off with 'One Day More' from the same show.
If I mentioned everyone by name I would be here forever, all I will say is that if you missed this production you need to book early for Carousel in June.
Congratulations to all at Trinity. You have done it again.
