Sister Act

Every little while comes a show that fits perfectly in all aspects with the group presenting it to its audience. This is one such show.

It was an incredible evening's entertainment and four encores at the end showed that the audience did not want to leave the theatre.

Very occasionally the diction / projection of some minor roles did not reach the high standards of the remainder.

The director, musical director and assistant director/choreographer clearly worked exceptionally well as a team and are to be congratulated on their work.

All cast members were fabulous, but I must congratulate Jessica Armstrong on her portrayal of Deloris. From the first note to curtain down she was magnificent.

This show is not performed by groups because it is claimed there is "nothing for men" but Christian Norton, Matt Brian, Christian Slingsby and Andrew Wydrzynski and Tony Graves totally proved this a myth.

All in all this was a wonderful evening's entertainment.
