Side by Side Christmas Concert 2025

Yet another amazing visit to Side by Side Theatre Company, this time for their Christmas Concert.  A warm welcome from everyone at Side by Side gave you areal Christmassy feeling and you could feel the excited anticipation of the audience as we took our seats

We were not disappointed – right from the very first item, James, given the enthusiastic support of the whole company gave us a magnificent rendition of ‘It’s Beginning to Look a Lot like Christmas! The Concert was a superb showcase of the talents of this awe inspiring company including instrumental solos from Susie and Ben and the bellringing talents of Alan, Ben, Chris, Claire, Fiona, Hollie, James, Julie, Lucinda, Paul and Toby, the acting talents of Ben, Charlotte, Chris, Claire, James, Judy, Laura, Lorna, Lucinda, Paul, Susie and Toby and the Chorus in ‘The Twelve Days Of Christmas’,  ‘A Child’s View of Christmas’,  ‘Christmas Dinner’ and ‘The Ox and the Ass’

James’ fine singing voice was a sheer joy with his versions of ‘Somewhere in My Memory’, ‘Christmas Star’, ‘Believe’ as was Claire’s ‘Frosty the Snowman’  A most brilliant way to kick off the Christmas Season and many congratulations to everyone at Side by Side Theatre Company.  Thank you so much for your very kind invitation, it was a privilege to be there.
