ROBIN HOOD & THE BABES IN THE WOOD

There was much to admire in this production with Pippa Slater (Robin Hood) leading the way with a typically strong performance in both acting and singing and was well supported by Sharon Armstrong as Maid Marion. Paul Wilkinson was a truly excellent dame with some great outrageous costumes. Dave Rosamond gave us a Sheriff of Nottingham I shall long remember, his use of the prompter was more like conversations which gave rise to much amusement for the audience but perhaps a little overdone! The stage sets were excellent the sound and lighting was of a high standard. The show was well choreographed and did much to make this an enjoyable production.
