The show Peter Pan(tomime), (written by Richard Granger and edited by Sean Longmore), is based on JM Barrie’e tale of the boy who never grew up and was a perfect vehicle for this talented group of youngsters. The performance started with a strong and fervent opening which was received by a very enthusiastic and supportive audience. The main characters were excellent, enthusiastic and were clearly having fun and enjoying themselves. Claudia Prados - Peach (Peter Pan) gave an excellent and assured performance as did Megan Dixon (Wendy).  Samuel Child - Cavill (Hook) also gave an excellent performance. Along with Tom Hewitt (Smee) and his band of pirates, he brought lots of laughter from the audience with his futile attempts to capture Peter. Strong support was given by April Parker (Mrs Darling), Harry Foster-Major (John), Eli Parkin (Michael) and Antonia Santon - Cropper (Tiger Lily) whose confident performances moved the action along seamlessly. The singing and movement from every one of the youngsters on stage was very strong – a real credit to the production team. A special mention must of course go to James Godfrey (Tinkerbell), who had the audience in stitches from the moment he walked on to the moment the curtain came down. Well done everyone for another excellent production.
