Peter pan, the boy who wouldn’t grew up. It was written as a play over an hundred years ago and will probably be a favourite for the audiences for the next hundred years.

Well done to the director and choreographer Clark Wilkinson, I know how much hard work you had put into the show which was well appreciated by the audience. You could see how much he made the cast believe in themselves by the wonderful performance they put on for everyone to enjoy.

The lighting was very colourful and well controlled especially denoting the wherabouts of Tinkerbell and the set starting from the Darlings bedroom to Neverland and onto the ship was so smooth and convincing.

Wendy Darling played by Beth Smith was so convincing as a mother figure, her singing and dancing was so good, she bonded so well with Peter Pan played by Katie Weir who was amazing in this role, the way she flew around the stage was magical and even when she was flying her singing was fantastic as she never dropped a note once.

John Darling played by Charlie Dixon and Micheal Darling played by Harry Barnes also done a wonderful job and they really looked like they were having great fun flying around on stage, lovely smiles and great delivery of their lines.

I must give a big shout out to Leah Dixon who played the dog Nana, not the easiest role being on all fours around the stage but you done a great job.

Mr and Mrs Darling played by Max McAllister and Clare Matear were a good team, showing frustrations and the calmness of a couple getting ready to go out.

Another one of the juniors Rhys Kirkbride playing Smee brought a bit of comedy to the show, his acting and facial expressions were excellent.

This leads me onto Captain Hook played by Nicky Dixon and may I say what a good job you done of this character your singing, acting and dancing were of the highest level and your interaction with Peter Pan was awesome. I really enjoyed the huge corcodile especially with its mouth wide open waiting for Captain Hook to fall into it.

Tiger Lily played by Bella Dixon leader of the neverland tribe done a wonderful job with her tribe doing some great dance routines and singing.

We then had the Lost Boys and the pirates battling with each other and once again their dancing, singing and acting was very good.

The costumes looked amazing.

A really good alround musical with a bunch of talented people which was well appreciated by the audience, well done to you all.
