~~Trinity Players always provide a good evenings entertainment and ‘Passport to the Musicals’ was no exception. The company led us around the world from England to Thailand, from France to Australia, where we were entertained well. Leigh-Ann’s production was well thought out and the audience really enjoyed joinng in some of the numbers, including ‘We’ll keep a welcome in the hillside’ and ‘White cliffs of Dover’ (When Marie Lock sang this there was not a dry eye in the house). A couple of other highlights for me were Leigh-Ann signing ‘Skyfall’ and ‘Sleeping on our Own’ performed by Sonia, Ann D and Shirley. During our visit to Ireland you could hear a pin drop when Ann Dempsey sang ‘She Moves though the Fair.
All I can say is if you missed this production, you missed a real treat.
