Minimalistic in terms of set and props is something that can be quite hard for some to follow, but not when you’ve got a show packed with so much comedy and enthusiasm, this is how this show unfolded quiet and serene as you would expect from respectable Nuns (tongue in cheek) with an introduction from a very endearing Mother Superior Ellan Williams who carried herself through the show with comedy, wit and a sense of authority, always on her tail battling for her chance to shine was the ever struggling second in command Sister Mary Hubert (Barbara Farall) carrying the comedy timing to another level, almost sometimes as if she’d forgot her lines, no this wasn’t the case just very good professionalism well done. Sister Mary Leo was played with enormous conviction by (Audrey Mellor). Sister Mary Amnesia for me stole the show with the comedy stupidity audience participation and the role itself had me crying for all the right reasons an enormously well done very very funny. I take my wimple ops sorry hat off to the Choreographer not only for the dance routines but to attempt a tap number with dare I say more senior ladies was very brave especially with having walked across the floor myself well done to you all. I couldn’t see the need to spoil such a good show to have a choir come and perform !!!!! sorry not needed and definitely not for me
Many thanks for your hospitality during my visit
