Nunsense

The Little Sisters of Hoboken, New Jersey took to the stage again with an energy that really sparked a sell out audience who enjoyed every minute with this very talented quintet of singer actresses. Each one rose to the challenge of singing solo, singing 4 part harmony and tap dancing. The set, the remains of the 6th Form production of Grease, looked good, was well lit and worked efficiently. The small but accomplished band of Bro. Anthony(Keyboard & M.D.) Bro.Tim (Piano) and Bros.Ian (Drums) were well controlled and added to the enjoyment. The 5 members of the cast Mother Superior (Kath Williams), Sister Mary Hubert (Jane Collins), Sister Robert Anne (Joanna Clark), Sister Mary Amnesia (Emma Fearneley) and Sister Mary Leo (Caroline Auty) worked together as a team with great concentrtion, comic timing, projection and a sense of enjoyment. The production was tight with good a varied pictures and the hard work from everyone was obviously well worth the effort. A most enjoyable evening of entertainment.
