I must say this concert/revue was a delight from beginning to end it was full of super singing, dancing, acting and comedy. This is the first Pickering war weekend show I have attended and it most certainly did not disappoint. All the performers gave smashing performances, and it was obvious that a considerable amount of work had gone into the production resulting in a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The theatre was full giving a super atmosphere with everyone singing along, including me! All the soloists gave great performances, there were many highlights, Marcus Burnside was as usual hilarious and his rendition of "Falling in Love Again" brought the house down. I particularly enjoyed the singing of Rachel Anderson she has a beautiful voice so easy on the ear, a very relaxed, professional performer, and "White Cliffs of Dover" sung by Alice Rose was lovely. The children were a delight as always, the ensemble were great working hard with a lovely togetherness. Thanks everyone for a lovely evening and very well done to all.
