Love is...................................

As billed, this really was a love story told through song and dance.  Emma and Emily should be very proud to have been the instigators and Directors of this compilation which worked very well and included songs of all types and some excellent dancing.  Mark Gurney, Arlie Gurney and Eleanor Huxley as Grandad, Jack and Molly were a lovely trio, interspersing the entertainment with reminiscences of Grandad's love story in a charming way.  It was great to see so many youngsters in this production.  The dancing was delightuful and well choreographed.  All the costumes were well chosen and made the whole presentation very colourful.  The savoury nibbles, tea, coffee and cake were much apprepciated - many thanks must go to the refreshment team.  The backstage staff were working well, making every scene flow easily into the next one.  The stage was decorated with large hearts and the video sequence shown near the end of the evening was well received - lovely pictures and wording to remind us that "Love is All We Need."
