Legally Blonde is a fast moving type show which calls for both good acting and strong vocals and a considerable amount of excellent choreography which W.W.R.T.C. were able to supply in all sections. Elle Woods (Kirsty Taylor) gave a very fine acting performance and was confident in her vocal contributions. Warner Huntington (Ashley Booker) has a capacity to play many types of roles and was truly excellent in this one as the very arrogant self opinionated boyfriend. Emmett Forrest (Chris Moss) gave a most convincing performance providing a most convenient shoulder for Elle to lean on. Professor Callahan (Ian Fryer) another most experienced musical theatre performer playing a 'baddie' role this time as he tries to seduce Elle. All the remaining cast were of the same outstanding vein. The show was well produced and choreographed with a very lively orchestra but maybe a little too agressive at times which made it difficult for the principals. This was an excellent production which a youngish audience enjoyed and gave it a fine reception at the final curtain.
