Joseph, a timeless classic filled with Webber’s well known catchy tunes had us all skipping out of the theatre with huge smiles after this musical rollercoaster of emotion, colour and exceptional fun. Cody’s once again rose to the challenging of creating a spectacle of a production with the most talented line up of principals.

I was lucky enough to witness all twelve narrators who performed together on the last night of the run. All twelve girls not only looked amazing but they sang their hearts out with lovely annunciation and worked together beautifully. I would never have guessed that this one off performance was done without a run of rehearsals as it felt very polished– a testament to their sheer talent I would say.

The brothers all gave an outstanding performance which was filled with remarkable energy and pace. They worked solidly as a group and had their own well deserved glory throughout the show in which they all shone.

Scott Rooney was an alternative Potiphar performing with confidence and maturity beyond his years – another young star in the in the making.

The choreography by Dominic Lewis cannot be given enough praise – his work was very cleverly thought out and executed beautifully throughout the production with different styles that suited each number and added even more dazzle to the show.

Master Nick Gartland gave Joseph an amazing personality matched with superb vocals- a thrill to watch and the real shining star of the production. He was likeable from the start and exuded warmth and personality. The defining number “Close Every Door” was sang from the heart with a real understanding of the lyrics and was worth an ovation just for that one number, in addition to the one he received at the end of the show. This young man has a very bright future ahead of him.

The huge company of young people pulled out all the stops in bringing to life this wonderful story, singing dancing and acting their way through, displaying what talent is coming through the ranks at Cody's.

With a lavish set, wonderful costumes and the added extras, I don’t know why I’m always so amazed with what this company produces under the direction of Nick Cupit and the production team. I congratulate everyone on yet another Amazing show.
