Bubbly, eager, spirited , the young cast certainly created a big impact with this version of the Andrew Lloyd Webber/Tim Rice musical.
Robert McAuley did great justice with his interpretation of the lead character Joseph, a self assured, confident performance, his singing never faltering, an excellent portrayal throughout. I was very impressed with the three Narrators, Abigail Barker, Bella Ridgway and Ezzy Parker who were faultless in their singing, acting and stage craft, certainly ones to look out for in the future. Matthew McAuley, as Jacob, and Ryan Phelps as the Elvis inspired Pharoah, completed the principal line up.
The chorus deserve great praise for maintaining the pace and tempo and contributed greatly to a most successful production. Good direction , deft choreography and an excellent band.
