Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

YOG performed Joseph and The Amazing Technical Dreamcoat by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice.  This was a feel good musical and hard not to want to join in and sing along.

Principle Roles were Harry Laidlaw as Joseph and what a fabulous perfectly performed part.  Harry continues to grow each year and was a pleasure to watch.

The Brothers who I do not know all the names of were confident and each individual performance was characterised and had such confident performances. Olly Carroll as Pharaoh did a fabulous job as Elvis.

Usually with Joseph you find there is just one narrator in this performance this task was split between 5 (Kaitlin Berridge, Kirsten Hamilton, Eden Lee, Chloe Macdonald and Jessie Paprotny) they harmonised perfectly together and had wonderful singing voices.

The remaining cast added humour and energy to the various excellent dance numbers.

Costumes, lighting and scenery were well thought out and all added to a faultless performance.

Everyone looked to be having fun and certainly left a smile on the audience faces.

Well done all the production team for a lovely evening on entertainment.
