Jack & The Beanstalk

Well done to Writer/Director Paula Woolven for including quite a few different touches in this production which really worked.  Singing and acting from everyone was excellent with Gemma Albrow as Princess Jasmine, Jack West as Jack Twinkle, John Tester (Widow Twinkle) and Karla Marsland as Achoo Twinkle.  Caley Foster and Rebecca Woolven played The Cow, Pat and what a super cow she was.  Sue James was the baddie (a very good one) called Freshcrawl with her corhorts, Ant & Dec played by Steve Llewellyn and Carl Martin and Shar Turnbull was the very effective Giant's wife.The supporting cast and chorus all added greatly to the fun and everyone looked super, thanks to Cath Brooks and Hilary Ryan - the costume for the human harp was very impressive.  The set was very good indeed and MD Russell Taylor and the band were a wonderful accompaniient to the show and Choreographer Stuart Hall made sure that all the movement on stage worked so well.  Progrramme was well laid out with good use of colour photography and the biogs of all involved made good reading.  Well done Seaford!
