Written by 17 year-old Joe Lynch [he also played the all-important role of Jack], this was the story of what occurred after Jack's original win over the giant. This new facet to the tale was delightfully fresh with plenty of light-hearted comedy and a dastardly villain to boo. We also had a lot of pretty dance routines and songs from the chorus of sixteen youngsters, excellent characters including a lovable Dame and a blissfully happy ending. All the musical numbers were suitable for this show with Mike Willson's accompaniment on tape. I have been visiting this group for a long time and truly their pantos always have a charm all their own. The scenery was superb and so were the costumes. The scene-changes took place smoothly and the lighting and special effects were great. All the players This production received great acclaim from the audience. I really enjoyed it. Well done.
