Coventry Youth Operetta Group performed Happy Days based on the classic TV Showand tells the story of the Fonz as he vows to save “Arnolds”.

YOG once again have an excellent principle line up consisting of many talented young people. Joe Capaz fantastically pulled off the role of Fonz. Matthew Sweet (Richie Cunningham) excellently portrayed the role and continues to impress.

Libby Simpkins (Marion Cunningham) and Jacob Lowe (Howard Cunningham) played the parents of Richie and Joanie with ease.

Carly Furlong (Joanie Cunningham) and Callum McArthur (Chachi) are two excellent young individuals and played perfectly separately and together.

Grace Mikhael (Pinky Tuscadero) portrayed another excellent role.

Harry Laidlaw (Ralph Malph), Diarmuid Gaffney (Potsie) and Sam Barrowcliffe (Arnold) played smaller roles but excelled with ease.

Reilly Devine and Ashley Clifford, who played a variety of roles, pulled off the different characteristics effortlessly.

All the principles vocals and acting were excellent and together with the chorus made for a energetic and fun filled show and together with the costumes and choreography which were true to the era of the show and made for a very enjoyable afternoon.

YOG have again showed their versatility and are always a pleasure to watch.
