Tracy Turnbull is happy with her teen life in the 1960s, with her lacquered bouffant hair she dances down the streets of her beloved Baltimore. Her dream is to be part of 'The Corny Collins show'.
Jessica Harrison was great as the wannabe Tracy. Thomas Rantell gave an impressive performance as Tracy's mother Edna along with Finn Smith as her long-suffering father Wilbur. The pushy mom charater of Vilma Von Tussle was in the capable hands of Eleanor Shepherd and Tia Mcdonald was her spoilt brat of a daughter ,Amber. Joe Simmons was ideally cast as heartthrob Link Larkin, and Corny Collins was in the very good hands of Will Foggin and he made the part his own. The rest of the cast were all well cast. The musical numbers flowed effortlessly with attactive choreography and good chorus routines . The orchestra kept everything moving at a cracking pace. Good scenery and costumes added to the overall success of the production
A good evenings entertainment congratulations to all concerned.
