A lively and active show throughout, on a set resembling a juke box of the same era, very clever concept and used with confidence by all the cast. Stylish costumes looked good but I do wish if wigs have to be worn they look right especially as this was a period were young ladies took pride in their appearance. The principals played their rolls confidently with strong performances from Sandy (Madeleine Harbisher) and Danny (Charles Cronin) albeit Danny did struggle with his higher singing range. Strong acting and singing from Kenickie (Thomas Fastiggi), both sets of Pink Laddies and Greasers moved around the scenes with ease and came into their own in the big company numbers, where the dancing had the audience bouncing along, Teen Angel ( Jenny Perry) sang really well even though her mic had failed all credit to you. The comedy in the show excelled through Eugene (Callum Hall) and Patty (Autumn Evans) in the funniest of portrayals of the geeks in the college never falling below excellent two A star students of comedy in the making well done to both of you. A thoroughly enjoyable show.
Many thanks for the hospitality shown to both Anne and myself during the evening
