Premiered at Churchill Theatre in 1994 followed with a 2 year run in the West End Ray Cooney Directed, and played the part of Henry Perkins. Director Denise Cleaver succeeded in getting the best from her cast with this very funny Ray Cooney play. Jean(Sue Gowar) showed her comedy timing and played the role well, as the busy housewife preparing a dinner for her guests whilst waiting for her husband to arrive for his birthday celebration. Henry (Keith Olding) arrived with a case full of money and said they were off to Barcelona to live with the contents and promptly ordered a taxi to take then to the airport. What followed was utter mayhem Sergeant Davenport (Terry Gardiner) portrayed his role well and created a lot of confusion which was never fully explained. Bill (Peter Tull) the taxi driver arrived along with the dinner guests Betty (Peggy Tilly)  along with husband Vic (Jos Johnston) who was totally confused about the situation played their roles well . Sergeant Slater (Kay Padwick) arrived to add to the confusion telling Jean that her husband has been found dead in the river, The whole play was a typical confusing farce and was cleverly brought to a conclusion with fireworks outside the hall adding to the performance. Very well done Pets with a play which delighted the packed hall.  Stage Managed by Graham Lonsdale Asst by Brian Godman.  Set Designed by Brian Godman and constructed by Pets members and helpers Lighting Chris Govey. Sound Rowan Lonsdale and Ben Tilly and Wardrobe Vivian Godman.
