Frozen Jr

Three Spires Guildhall continued the Summer Youth production this time with Frozen Jr.

The cast has many characters consisting of Isla Speedy as Young Anna and Dalia Al Nagar as Young Elsa. We then had Libby Brown, Anna and Sophie Hicks, Elsa as the older versions. They all looked as if they were enjoying the roles and gave plenty of characterisation with excellent signing voices from such young actresses.

Jacob Sanders (Olaf) Grace Leape (Sven) and Evie Blundell-Smith (Kristoff) were again lovely roles full of energy and they portrayed the characters with ease.

Isla Taylor as King Agnarr, Esmee Grantham as Queen Iduna and Esther Barnett as Prince Hans gave good performances in their roles.

Completing the principal line up were Laya Donnachie as Oaken, Joshua Bourne as Pabbie, Dolly Jonas as  Bulda, Daisey Blundell-Smith as Bishop and Seren Welsh as Duke of Weselton all giving great performances.

Scenery was simple but very effective, There were a lot of scenes in this production but scene changes were done quickly and efficiently.  Costumes added to the overall feel for the show.

All the principals performed well as did the supporting cast, with only a week to learn and rehearse the show a massive congratulations must go to those on stage as well as the adults that give their time freely to run the Summer School.
