Famous Five Go to the Circus

Famous Five Go to the Circus was a delightful show produced by two talented individuals with a desire to create new shows particularly ones which enable them to include all the people who come forward to perform. 

The set was carefully designed to suit the venues’ limited space.  All the props used were essential and appropriate especially the ‘magic box’ for the conjuror.  The show was well crafted to cover the efficient scene changes with a narrator who linked all the various parts of the action.  The sound and lighting effects were well-timed and enhanced the production.  The costumes for the children and the adults were most appropriate and suited the period.  All the circus performers wore well-chosen costumes to create the sights in the big top.  Make up was fitting for the period and production.

The cast were thoroughly immersed in their roles throughout and were word perfect.  Everyone had obviously worked very hard and been well drilled. 

The whole performance was very enjoyable.  It was delightful to be part of an audience who were so enthralled with the action.
