From start to finish this was such a vibrant show. The young actors and dancers never stopped  throughout. How they got every movement perfectly synchronised, they obviously had worked so hard to get all those dances right. The simple set ,lighting and sound were excellent. The orchestra never outdoing the vocals. Well done.

All the principals were well cast. I loved the performance of Georgina Leckey as Carmen. Vocally superb.the rendition of Fame was stunning. I was impressed by Joseph Foster playing Joe Vegas who knew how to play to the audience. Everyone laughed every time he came on stage. Brilliantly played.

Em Cohen was delightful as Serena Katz who needed to try hard to get  Nick  Piazzo  (Arthur Roadnight) to notice her. Their duets as he realised that he was falling for her.  `Let`s play a Love Song`  was super.

I must mention the young Ballerina Ella Pollit playing Iris Kelly who at the Thursday  performance, fell badly and dislocated her shoulder. How  she managed to perform as she did on Friday, I was amazed. I can only congratulate Ella and the hospital on her being able to come on stage and DANCE.

Other principals performing well were Zack Earith (Tyrone),  Elliot Hogben (Schlomo) , as well as all the teaching staff, dancers and musicians. All the chorus played their parts well, although it was lovely to see one cast member that I have seen each year as she has grown up. Why, you may wonder? Because she smiles beautifully all the time when she is on stage as she has in all past years.

Thank you so much for a superb evening. I loved every minute.
