Cats

Wow! This has to be one of the best amateur shows I have had the pleasure of seeing .

NAOS held open auditions for this production, which drew some excellent dancers & singers .everyone who came to the auditions were accepted into the cast .

Cats has no dialogue - it is an all-singing musical - and there were no weak links .

The show is a dance spectacular from start to finish & the choreography was excellent .

There are a number of restrictions when putting on Cats - the set cannot be hired - the set they put together was perfect .

Choreography from the professional show cannot be copied at all, Dean Matthew Skiba developed intricate & atmospheric movement throughout .

The costumes & fabulous makeup added to this very professional musical delight and the numerous special effects wowed the full houses . All topped off by a great orchestra .

NAOS should be very proud .
