All You Need Is Love

The fifth anniversary of this talented Company maintained the high standard set by the previous productions and provided the audience with a wonderful evening of song, dance and comedy. The song and dance sections were created by their own Section Producer and were excellently performed by the Company. The brilliant Harlequin Stage School dancers under the tutelage of their outstanding Principal Paula Dymock enthralled the audience as always and their World Cup winning success was announced on stage by Compere Paul Bellamy who provided humorous stories linking the all singing and dancing sections. The Company seems to increase in numbers on stage with every show and the backstage team is bigger than the onstage cast, goodness knows how they manage to find space to change costumes!

In addition to Harlequins the children of Clains CE Primary School and Wilden All Saints CE Primary School performed The Journey of Love and together with The Company they sang Together which closed the first Act. The second Act continued 

with the same formula and the audience loved every minute of it. Superb Costumes, Lighting and Sound and the backing of the excellent Band produced a night to remember.
