An accomplished performance of a somewhat long show, well staged albeit you had your problems with the set all credit to all concerned to get this show running especially the cast to have to rehash what had been set. A huge congratulation to Malcolm Wallace for stepping into the fore to direct your first show. Musical Director (Malcolm Fallows) had things moving along with his orchestra to a very high standard well done. With a large cast choreography needs to be kept simple to be effective well done Beryl Rigby. Mrs Overall is such a funny and endearing role played with aplomb by an established actress (Marilyn Baxter) shame and I think due to the pace you were going that you broke character at times by standing up and the odd occasional missed line warranting a prompt. Miss Babs (Jan Orilland) carried this part to her true glory the pose deliverance and comedy timing was excellent, as was that of Miss Berta (Danielle Segar), Miss Bonnie (Sarah Worton) was not only strong but with a beautiful voice carrying her numbers off extremely well. Mr Clifford (Mike Hall) played a very strong supporting role. There were some very funny cameo roles executed with great gusto .An emotional duet from Mr Watkins & Derek came over very strong with empathy for the subject of their relationship well done.
Many thanks for your hospitality during my visit.
