The Night of the NODA Presidents

In March of 2017 past Noda President and Chairman thought he was attending his grandson's presentation awards and was much surprised to walk into a room full with over 100 of his friends all gathered from around the country for his surprise 70th birthday celebrations. Amongst those guests were three felow past presidents and current regional councillor - all pictured below alongside Justine Shepherd (Fred's daughter and consort during his Presidential year)
