Gotta sing! Gotta dance!

Leven Amateur Musical Association (LAMA) is a vibrant association with around 55 playing members. We are one of the oldest associations in the country with a proud history. We are using that history and experience as a platform to look to the future, encouraging a new generation of performers to take to the stage through LAMA Youth, our youth company. Recently we have welcomed new young performers to complement our existing talent, producing a diverse range of shows for both our new and loyal audience members alike.

Following two highly successful productions – Sunshine on Leith (2016) and Made in Dagenham (2017) – LAMA is looking to appoint a Producer, Musical Director and Choreographer for its forthcoming production of the classic musical “Carousel” in March 2018.

A competitive fee is available for all three positions. Main company rehearsals take place on Thursday evenings in Leven, and Principal rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings. We begin rehearsing in September 2017.
