Loosely based on the story of Peter Pan, The cast working together as a team brought to life the characters that we all know and associate with this very popular story of the adventures of the little boy who did not want to grow up.
It’s impossible to mention everyone when there is such a large cast, however my congratulations go to the full cast, all good in their roles and all trying to wring as much comedy out of the script as possible. The full cast created an abundance of boo’s and hisses and plenty of audience interaction. The majority of the large cast involved in this show were young people. The commitment these young actors showed was admirable.
Many familiar songs had new lyrics written to suit the setting, and this added an extra dimension to many of the musical numbers.
The success of any pantomime can be measured by the audience’s reaction and the audience enjoyed themselves and participated during this performance.
Lighting and sound was good and well executed throughout the show. There was good use of props, which were imaginative and well made.
Congratulations everyone involved.
