MODS you gave me a “glorious” Sunday afternoon. Now, this is pantomime at a high standard! It had all the elements one wants in a panto. Great back projection, colourful costumes, directed by Neil Paterson you certainly have a flare for panto, along with slick choreography by Donna Clements and Brya Porter, along with a fabulous cast it was a joy to watch.

Fairy Godmother (Tyler Nicholson) guided us through with great poise and diction and splendid voice. Cinderella (Coralie Hughes) certainly gave a solid performance. Alfie Murry as Buttons lit up the stage with his beaming smile, this man can do it all sing, dance, and act, a talented young man indeed. Prince (Ben Clark) and Dandini (Daniel Young) bounced off each other, both had stage experience and presence. Their portrayal of royalty shone through, with again perfect characterisation from both. Cinders family the Step Sisters Ana (Harcus Copper) and Dru (Lloyd Newstead) - crikey they were so ugly!! - and worked together with their mother Lady Tremaine (Jodie Hibbet) all giving us pompous riotous and outrageous performances, well done.

I must say back projection clipped music swift scene changes made this Cinderella zip along nicely. I counted nearly 50 in the cast, with juniors and adults all giving their all to make this Cinderella a triumph for MOS. Thank you for inviting me, I wish you success in your next production.
