Originally from Scarborough, North Yorkshire, Jordan graduated as Head Boy from the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in 2013. Following a successful career as a performer, Jordan completed an MA in Directing (Distinction) at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance and has recently completed his Certification as an Intimacy Coordinator at the National Film and Television School.

Jordan worked as Associate Choreographer for MSC CRUISES and currently holds the position of Creative Producer at Brick Lane Music Hall in East London, where he has choreographed and staged pantomimes, variety shows and summer seasons. He is an All England Dance adjudicator of Dance Competitions and Festivals and Honorary Member of the NATD.

Session: Unlocking Schwartz

Step into the world of Stephen Schwartz, the composer and lyricist behind some of musical theatre’s most iconic works. Over a career spanning five decades, Schwartz has left an enduring legacy on the genre, earning three Academy Awards, four Grammy Awards, and a place in the Theatre Hall of Fame.

This course, designed for seasoned performers and creatives, offers an in-depth exploration of Schwartz’s distinctive craft. You’ll examine his contributions to musical scores PippinThe Baker’s Wife, his expressive lyrics in GodspellThe Hunchback of Notre Dame, and the shows where he has written both Children of Eden, Wicked.
