The first of these plays was Last Tango in Little Grimley. I have seen it a number of times and if anything, this was the most amusing production of it so far. All four members of the cast suited their roles admirably. There was Adrian Pick as Gordon, the Chairman of Little Grimley ADS; Pauline Rowett as the rather inept Joyce; Beryl Jubb as Margaret with Leading Lady attitude and Al Barnsley as their forthright scenery-builder, Bernard. The set of the local village hall was good with suitable furnishings and props. The lighting and sound effects were very good. The second play was Strictly Sex Factor on Ice which required exactlythe same setting. This play featured the same characters too. Again, the tale was extremely funny with one ludicrous situation following rapidly upon another. The costumes for both one act plays were well chosen. This was a most entertaining evening; a real tonic.
