Written by Paul Holman, the story was faithfully told. The Director had made an excellent choice with his cast where all suited their roles extremely well with good support from the chorus members. The essential comedy was in very capable hands and the young dancers performed delightful routines. I liked the choice of songs which added a lot to the production. The 'If I Were Not Upon the Stage' routine was extremely well put together and included a good number of the cast.....most amusing.
The set was very pleasing and the costumes were really suitable and eye-catching. There were plenty of opportunities for audience participation. This was a most enjoyable panto from start to finish.
